Guangzhou Ruicheng Refrigeration has established a standardized complete machine commissioning and testing workshop. Before each RC series ice storage unit leaves the factory, it undergoes a complete process of ice-making, ice-melting, and peak-valley linkage commissioning and testing. Relying on patented technology and strict quality control, it ensures that the equipment can operate stably and energy-efficiently for a long time after delivery.

To ensure the stable operation and meet the energy-saving standards of each air-cooled direct expansion ice storage unit delivered to customers, Guangzhou Ruicheng Refrigeration has set up a dedicated whole-machine performance debugging and testing workshop, and formulated a standardized multi-condition factory debugging process. All RC-140 and RC-280 models must complete the entire set of testing and debugging before they can be shipped out.

Based on the team's nearly 30 years of practical experience in ice storage air conditioning projects and over 40 patents in the refrigeration field, the R&D team has customized specific debugging and testing standards for regions with high temperatures, high humidity, and large day-night temperature differences. After the entire machine is assembled, technical debugging personnel will sequentially carry out four core testing phases: full-load ice-making condition debugging, daytime ice melting cooling simulation, four-stage intelligent electricity price scheduling linkage test, and multi-unit parallel coordinated operation verification.

In the intelligent control system debugging phase, technicians input parameters of different peak-valley electricity price periods in different regions, simulate the actual electricity usage scenarios of enterprises, and verify the accuracy of the equipment's automatic switching between ice-making and cooling modes. For the unique day-night temperature difference efficiency enhancement module, the workshop simulates the low-temperature environment at night and measures the unit's ice-making efficiency to ensure stable energy efficiency in subtropical climates and a 20% improvement in energy efficiency in areas with large temperature differences.

For batch orders that choose the multi-unit parallel configuration, the debugging workshop will build a parallel simulation testing platform and simultaneously debug the load distribution logic of multiple units to ensure balanced operation of each equipment after expansion and avoid single-unit overload and energy imbalance problems. After the entire debugging is completed, the equipment will operate continuously for 72 hours without load, recording multiple data such as temperature, energy consumption, and operating noise. Only when all data meet the standards can a quality inspection report be issued.

Unlike the traditional on-site assembly and later debugging mode of ice storage equipment, Ruicheng has completed all debugging procedures in the factory. After the customer receives the equipment, they only need to simply connect water and electricity to put it into use. This significantly shortens the on-site installation period and reduces the probability of subsequent faults. In the future, the enterprise will continuously upgrade the testing and debugging equipment and improve the entire process quality control system to ensure high stability and energy efficiency of the integrated ice storage equipment for industrial and commercial customers.
